As a key member of our lettings team, Suzie plays an important role in the coordination and progression of rental instructions, applicant management, tenancy administration and landlord liaison. She is experienced in managing the full lettings cycle, from initial enquiry and accompanied viewings through to referencing, compliance documentation and tenancy commencement.
Suzie has a strong working knowledge of current lettings legislation and regulatory requirements, including Right to Rent obligations, deposit protection, prescribed information, and evolving standards affecting landlords and tenants. Her structured and detail-oriented approach helps ensure that tenancies are progressed efficiently, compliantly and with minimal stress for all parties involved.
