The property is just a stone’s throw from Southport Beach with its 22 miles of stunning coastline running along the Irish Sea and bustling Town Centre with its wealth of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Children will love the local atmosphere with its close proximity to the amusement park, water park & pier. The apartment is perfectly placed within a great location to explore all of Southport and its surrounding areas to truly immerse yourself in the local history, nature or just to wind down and relax away from city life. There are great accessible transport links due to strong local rail & road links such as Southport Central Station ( just a fifteen-minute walk)  providing trains to Liverpool & Manchester whilst great bus links from Albert Road can easily take you to Preston and the surrounding areas. With its great position, the bright and airy apartment is located on the second floor of a quaint Victorian apartment complex (no lift provided) with THREE Bedrooms and plentiful living space decorated tastefully and fully equipped for short and longer term stays.  A well-presented galley style kitchen provides you with everything you would need for all basic cooking requirements such as full-size oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Externally you can find mature lawned gardens with plentiful free on street parking. The apartment complex is a non-smoking space and is not suitable for pets. Bachelor/Hen parties will not be accepted due to consideration of the neighbours. Available from £220 per night for minimum of two nights or £650 per week.  Maximum stay 3 months.
