There are great accessible transport links due to strong local rail & road links such as Southport Central Station ( just a fifteen-minute walk)  providing trains to Liverpool & Manchester whilst great bus links from Albert Road can easily take you to Preston and the surrounding areas.

Externally you can find mature lawned gardens with plentiful free on street parking.

The apartment complex is a non-smoking space and is not suitable for pets. Bachelor/Hen parties will not be accepted due to consideration of the neighbours.
