But what exactly is a “Yes Agent”? Well, dear reader, allow me to enlighten you........

A “Yes Agent” is a property manager’s worst nightmare but a certain type of director’s dream come true. Why? Because they’ll agree to anything. Need to skirt around some pesky health and safety legislation? “Yes!” Want to hire your cousin’s mate’s dog to fix the roof? “Absolutely, yes!” Fancy pretending service charges are just a suggestion? “YES, YES, AND YES!”

But wait, there’s more! Let’s break it down further:

1. Qualifications? Never Heard of ‘Em!

A “Yes Agent” is often distinguished by their complete and utter lack of qualifications.
